When I was a child I started making each birthday cake for my family. I remember that the cakes were not perfect as I didn't know anything about the science behind making cakes. But my family always enjoyed my cakes, was a great influence for me as a little pastry chef...
I started my work at a pastry shop as a pastry chef.
After few years I changed my job in a pastry technical college as a pastry teacher.
After several years, I moved to England to further improve my pastry skills especially sugar craft and wedding cake design.
Since completing my sugar craft course, I have been awarded with several medals and best confectionary award from which organization.
