When I was a child I started making birthday cakes for my family. I remember that the cakes were not perfect as I didn't know much about the science behind making cakes. Nevertheless, my family always enjoyed my cakes and was supportive in my becoming a pastry chef...
I started work as a pastry chef at a pastry shop.
After a few years I became a pastry teacher at a pastry technical college.
Several years later I moved to England to further improve my pastry skills with focus on sugar craft and wedding cake design.
Since completing my sugar craft course I have been awarded with several medals and the best confectionery award at an annual cake competition in the UK.
